Ever wonder what it's like to live the ranch life? Here at High Hope, we open the gates wide and invite you to experience a full day on our working ranch—whether you’re here to unwind, get your boots dirty, or soak up the sunshine (or all three).
With our $10 Day Pass, you’re welcome to roam, relax, and reconnect—no overnight stay required.
Here’s what your day could look like...
☀️ Morning Light & Fresh Air Start your day with a gentle hike through our scenic trails. The land rolls wide with wildflowers, oak trees, and big Texas skies. Bring a thermos of coffee, your camera, and your curiosity—you never know what you'll spot (hello, butterflies and painted buntings).
🐐 Midday Farm Fun Around midday, stop by and visit the animals. Our goats, pigs, and chickens are always up for a visit—especially the pigs (they’ve got big personalities). If you're lucky, you might catch feeding time!
🍅 Explore the Garden & Farm Store Wander through the gardens to see what’s blooming—calendula, zinnias, tomatoes, sunflowers, and more. Then swing by our on-site farm store, stocked with handcrafted goodies made from this very land: tallow lotion, facial serum, preserves, herbal teas, tinctures—you name it.
🎣 Afternoon Adventure toss a line out in the fully stocked ponds and try your hand at catching blue gill and large mouth bass! bring your binoculars for the best bird watching in the hill country. of if you have a horse of your own, bring em and explore the trails on four legs!
🌅 Golden Hour Wind Down Wrap up your day with a view of the sunset at Sunset cliff that just might take your breath away. There's something about golden hour at High Hope that sticks with you long after you’ve left.
