Meet the Pigs!

If you've ever wondered who really runs the show around here... it's the pigs. No doubt about it.

These snorting, snuffling, mud-loving charmers are more than just adorable—they're a big part of our ranch family and play a real role in the ecosystem here at High Hope.

🐽 Who Are They? Our pigs are the pasture pig breed: Kune Kune. known for their sweet temperaments and strong instincts. They’re curious, clever, and always up to something—whether that’s grazing on pasture, sunbathing, or begging for belly rubs, they are sure to make your day!

🧡 Why We Love Them

• Great for the land: They graze on pasture rather than rutting up the land- preserving our native grassland and fertilizing as they go!

• Great with people: Come say hi! They love gentle pets and snacks (especially apples).

• Total personalities: We swear some of them pose for pictures. Each one has a name, a story, and a favorite spot to nap.

  
  

🎉 Pigs + You = Farm Fun When you visit, make sure to stop by their pen and introduce yourself. Families love them, kids can’t get enough, and honestly? Adults are usually just as smitten. Don’t be surprised if you leave with a new favorite animal.
